Void TikTok Overlay — Privacy Policy

The Void TikTok Overlay is an internal Chrome extension operated by VOID Creative GmbH for its employees and authorized contractors. It is distributed privately and is not intended for public use.

What the extension collects

• TikTok page content: when a signed-in team member views TikTok, the extension reads publicly visible page data — creator handles, video IDs and statistics (views, likes, comments, shares), posting timestamps, and sound/music titles — and sends it to our API at chrome.api.voidcreativegroup.com to look up and store campaign context.
• Account identity: the extension authenticates team members through our Clerk-based company sign-in (ops.voidcreativegroup.com). An authentication token identifying the signed-in team member is stored in the extension's local browser storage.

How the data is used

Collected data is used solely to display campaign, creator, and song context inside the extension and to record campaign video captures in VOID Creative's internal database (Airtable). It is used for internal music-campaign operations only.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or transfer data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising platforms.
• We do not use collected data for advertising, creditworthiness assessment, or any purpose unrelated to internal campaign operations.
• We do not collect browsing activity outside tiktok.com.

Use of data collected by this extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data retention and access

Data sent to our API is stored in VOID Creative's internal systems and is accessible only to authorized team members. Extension access can be revoked at any time by disabling the team member's company account. The locally stored authentication token can be removed via the extension popup ("Clear") or by uninstalling the extension.
